The role of Warehouse Support Operative- Days:
* Supporting the Supervisor in identifying and resolving workflow issues
* Buddying with colleagues who may need extra support or coaching
* Maximising productivity and encouraging best practice across the team
* Performing basic admin tasks such as tracking, data entry, and updates
* Covering for team members during annual leave or absences
The ideal Warehouse Support Operative- Days:
Our ideal candidate will have previous warehouse or production experience and will be trained in using basic IT systems, such as spreadsheets or internal software. You will be proactive, adaptable, and keen to support team development while maintaining a hands-on role on the warehouse floor. This role is perfect for someone looking to step up and build toward a more senior role in the future.
