The GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey, and we're looking for a Talent Partner to be part of our vibrant, founder-led company. If you're passionate about working in a fast-paced environment and eager to contribute to a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C brands, this is your chance to make a significant impact!

As our Talent Partner, you will lead a true 360° talent acquisition process across The GelBottle Inc. and its group of subsidiaries. From job spec creation, hands‑on interviewing, and proactively managing onboarding, you’ll ensure every stage of the hiring journey is seamless, inclusive, and aligned with our company objectives.

This hybrid role requires 3 days per week onsite, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and enabling close collaboration across teams.

You’ll work cross-functionally with HR, SLT, Events, and Social teams to support recruitment, onboarding, internal engagement, and employer branding. You’ll also drive operational efficiency, manage our PSL, and deliver insights to the Senior Leadership Team for our global teams.


Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end recruitment across disciplines, aligned with business priorities. This includes international and
* Provide tailored sourcing strategies and market insights to hiring managers.
* Manage commercial partnerships (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and optimise vendor usage.
* Own and evolve our careers site and ATS (Team Tailor), driving continuous improvement through project management and platform collaboration.
* Optimise our Preferred Supplier List (PSL) for quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
* Partner with HR on internal mobility, succession planning, and employee experience.
* Deliver weekly recruitment reports and insights to senior leadership.
* Enable hiring managers through training, coaching, and process design.
* Collaborate with Events and Social teams to elevate our employer brand across platforms.


About you

We’re looking for someone with solid experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced, multi‑brand environment. You’ll be confident managing recruitment operations, building strong relationships, and using data to drive decisions. You’ll also bring creativity to employer branding and a passion for inclusive hiring.


Requirements

* Strong recruitment operations knowledge, including vendor management and cost control
* Excellent time and diary management across time zones
* Confident communicator across digital platforms
* Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms (Team Tailor is a plus)
* Analytical mindset with a focus on actionable insights
* Passion for inclusive, high‑performing teams
* Creative approach to employer branding and engagement
* Skilled in proactive sourcing, especially via LinkedIn


Bonus if you have

* Experience in founder‑led businesses
* Background in HR operations
* Project management experience in a scaling environment
* Experience recruiting remote, global teams
