We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Programmer to join our team within Vistry Services, at our Brentwood office in Essex. As our Construction Programmer, you will be responsible for developing and updating construction schedules, coordinating site routes and layout plans with Construction Managers, and tracking project progress through regular reports and site visits. They will maintain key tracking systems such as the Build Sales Tracker, Milestone Tracker, and Timber Frame schedules, and collaborate with senior management on EOTs, LADs, and other contractual obligations. Develop and update programmes to match site progress, issuing weekly updates. Track exceptions, delays, and reasons through an exceptions report. Provide D&B reporting and maintain the Milestone Tracker for new sites. Conduct random site visits, progress checks, and update schedules. Participate in weekly meetings and adjust plots, as necessary. Assist with contractors' reports with photos and key dates. Coordinating site updates and EPC submissions. Print and mark up drawings for handover months and visuals. Coordinate with senior management to provide regular updates on EOTs, LADs, and other contractual obligations. Create ASTA programmes for all new projects. Create trackers to monitor progress of activities and mitigation. Visiting all new sites / projects to create logistic plans and general approach to deliver projects. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project scheduling, and sequencing of tasks.
