To carry out regular servicing, reactive maintenance and commissioning of our clients Ansul Systems and Portable Fire Extinguishers. Ensuring up to date knowledge of and compliance with, all relevant Standards Conducting regular inspections of ANSUL systems and Portable Fire Extinguishers to ensure they meet safety standards and regulations. Performing system tests to verify the functionality and effectiveness of ANSUL equipment and Portable Fire Extinguishers. Performing routine maintenance on ANSUL systems to keep them in optimal working condition. Troubleshooting and repairing any issues or malfunctions with ANSUL equipment. Effectively communicate with our customers’ to ensure a good understanding of system/equipment status. Liaise with Service Administrators to ensure the needs of our customers’ are met. Be responsible for the management & security of vehicle stock, tools & equipment. Approach all training positively & complete all duties in a professional manner Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of ANSUL system installations, inspections, tests, and repairs. Providing training to clients or end-users on the proper use and maintenance of ANSUL fire suppression systems. Required Skills Experience of front-line customer service. Previous experience is essential. Qualified to BAFE / FETA or equivalent. Ability to work unsupervised with the capability to problem solve. Full driving licence. Flexibility to travel for work and training when required Health and Safety/Quality/Environmental: Has completed and fully complies with the necessary H & S/Quality/Environmental training. Fully understands and complies with the Company’s health and safety Environmental and Quality procedures. Comply with any additional Health & Safety/Quality/Environmental requirements requested by the client. Hold a current Ansul certificate. Be able to demonstrate knowledge of Ansul systems and their operation. Working hours Normal working hours consist of 08:30-17:00 Mon-Fri Requirement of Out of hours working due to the nature of the work/client base (Inc night shift) Occasional working away may be required due to the geographical area of coverage.
