Position: PRM Operations Senior Analyst
Location: London (contractual location will be London; other locations are not considered).
Responsibilities
* Oversee outsourced operations relationships with key suppliers, ensuring high service standards are maintained for clients.
* Support internal investment and operational teams and external suppliers to manage risk and control, delivering robust outcomes.
* Support new products from development through to implementation and ongoing management within Private Markets investment lifecycle.
* Resolve transaction and reporting issues for Private Market assets, prioritise stakeholder queries, and ensure timely, professional communication.
* Contribute to the effective day‑to‑day running of the investment oversight team, develop subject‑matter expertise, and partner with colleagues and providers to enhance operating models.
* Drive efficiencies through automation and improved data flows across the Private Asset trade lifecycle.
Qualifications
* Some exposure to Private Markets investments.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, supported by excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong organisational capabilities, able to manage competing priorities, plan effectively, and adapt resources to meet tight deadlines.
* Capability to influence decision‑making at senior levels through clear communication and insight‑driven contributions.
* Knowledge of Private Market assets reporting and operational requirements, including working with outsourced service providers to deliver required outcomes.
