Your Package Competitive salary that will reflect your experience and value Outstanding OTE Private healthcare 30 days holiday (inc public) Remote working Responsibilities Responsibilities Responsible for achieving individual revenue and margin Owning all Oracle and 3 rd party partner relationships across Commercial Industries to drive a pipeline of qualified opportunities Selling implementation and managed services for the full suite of Oracle Applications and supporting products Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing. Owning the client relationship and RFP process full lifecycle Accountable for ensuring all Inoapps sales and customer journey processes are applied to every pursuit Researching and creating target account lists within a designated sector/s Building pipeline via the following lead generation activities: Oracle Channel 3 rd party partners Relationships with Key Stakeholders in Public Sector target accounts Outbound activity to target accounts Industry events Networking Preparation and delivery of compelling sales presentations to prospective clients Collaboration with internal teams to develop customised solutions that address the needs of your client. Qualifications Must Have’s A strong understanding of Oracle SaaS applications is essential to be considered for this role. An exemplary track record of new business sales within the IT sector selling complex professional services solutions Excellent understanding of CRM and Microsoft 365 Sales methodology proficiency An outstanding communicator Listening, Verbal, non-verbal, written Empathetic relationship builder A passion for learning and keeping up with industry trends and technology advancements Great organisational and time management skills, particularly in the areas of pipeline and opportunity management.
