Are you an experienced gamekeeper with a passion for conservation and country sports? We’re looking for an experienced Beat Keeper to take charge of a complex beat, support the Head Keeper in delivering world-class shoot days, and mentor the next generation of keepers.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Leading and motivating Under Keepers and casual workers across the estate when required.
2. Assisting in the planning of and delivering feeding regimes and habitat improvements with the Head Keeper.
3. Assisting with the construction and upkeep of release pens and drives.
4. Monitoring bird health and welfare across your beat and beyond.
5. Keeping accurate records and supporting compliance reporting.
6. Playing a key role in shaping the future of our shoot operations and conservation projects.
What You’ll Bring
7. Proven experience in gamekeeping, ideally managing a large beat and rearing field knowledge.
8. In-depth knowledge of shoot day operations and gamebird management.
9. Strong communication, and organisational skills.
10. Relevant countryside or wildlife management qualifications.
11. Full UK driving licence, machinery certifications, and shotgun/firearms licences.
12. A genuine commitment to sustainability, heritage, and excellence.
