Salary Details: Bucks Pay Range 3 £28,129 - £30,174 FTE (Actual salary based on 36.25hrs/week £22,807 - £24,465). 38 weeks per year (term time only) for 36.25 hours per week.
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time

About the role
We are looking for looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and skilled lead teaching assistant to be part of our commitment to achieving excellence. This role would involve teaching across all year groups and liaising with class teachers to deliver effective cover teaching. The role would also involve supporting teaching assistants within a year group and providing support within classes for small groups and individuals. We need an individual who is energetic and enthusiastic about learning and who is willing to become a key part of our team.

• Have a passion about children’s learning, an understanding about raising school attainment and commitment to achieving high standards

• Have some experience of working with children
• Want to work in partnership with teaching staff to develop our provision
• Want to enable all pupils to access the curriculum and extracurricular activities

• Have experience of leading other teaching assistants (desirable)
