Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Assistant, you are the face of your restaurant. You will:
- Deal with customers and ensure operations run smoothly in customer areas.
- Make children feel welcome, hand out balloons, organize special events.
- Attend to customer needs, maintain high standards of cleanliness in dining areas and toilets.
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain positive communication with customers at all times and inform the manager about customer satisfaction.
- Show friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour and work well in a team.
- Use effective communication skills such as attentive listening and face‑to‑face verbal communication.
- Maintain high energy levels whilst working efficiently and productively.
