About Us
London Speech Workshop is a values-led communication coaching company helping people speak with confidence, authenticity, and impact. Our purpose is to bring more humanity and kindness to the workplace and currently we are working with some of the biggest companies in the world doing just that.
Through our Serlin Method™, we blend psychology and performance to create powerful, human transformation - for individuals and organisations alike.
We’re in an exciting growth phase across B2B, B2C, and digital. Marketing is central to this next chapter.
We work with SME's, charities and household names such as Unilever, Chanel, John Lewis, Bank of England and many more delivering bespoke world class communication training.
The working environment is warm and dynamic, with a kind and supportive team. We have a lateral working structure and encourage input and ideas from all. We look for good eggs with talent and grit.
Our ethos is simple: our people should feel valued - and know they’re delivering real value in the world.

The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Director who is as much a doer as a thinker.
This is not a purely strategic role. You’ll be deep in the detail, building funnels, shaping messaging, testing ideas, and driving performance.
You’ll act as a player–coach:
* Owning execution
* Leading a Marketing Manager
* Managing freelancers, agencies, and partners
You’ll be equally comfortable:
* Sketching a landing page wireframe in the morning
* Reviewing PPC performance and reallocating budget at lunch
* Coaching a Marketing Manager or briefing a designer in the afternoon
* Analysing funnel performance and iterating in the evening
What You’ll Be Responsible For1. Growth & Funnel Performance
* Own the full funnel: awareness → lead → nurture → conversion
* Build and optimise landing pages, journeys, and conversion flows
* Run continuous testing (CRO, A/B, messaging) to improve performance
2. Paid & Performance Marketing
* Own strategy and results across PPC (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube)
* Manage agencies/freelancers—setting direction, reviewing performance, and pushing for better ROI
* Allocate budget based on data, not instinct
* Stay ahead of platform changes, trends, and opportunities
3. Campaigns, Content & Execution
* Plan and deliver campaigns across email, organic, paid, and partnerships
* Create wireframes and shape high-converting landing pages and lead magnets
* Oversee (and often refine) email sequences, nurture journeys, and marketing collateral
* Ensure all content is on-brand: intelligent, warm, human, and impactful
* Jump in and execute when needed—this is a hands-on role
4. Data, Team & Systems
* Be obsessed with metrics: conversion, CAC, LTV, engagement
* Track, analyse, and iterate quickly based on performance
* Own HubSpot (or similar): automation, segmentation, reporting
* Manage and develop a Marketing Manager
* Brief and oversee designers, developers, and partners—ensuring high standards and momentum
Who You Are
* A doer who loves building, not just directing
* A player–coach—hands-on and able to lead others
* Commercially sharp and driven by results, not vanity metrics
* Deeply curious and up to date with modern marketing
* Genuinely interested in personal development and human behaviour
You likely:
* Have 6–10+ years in growth/performance marketing
* Have owned PPC and understand what “good” looks like
* Have built funnels and campaigns yourself
* Are confident with tools like HubSpot, Figma/Canva, analytics platforms
* Have strong copy instincts and an eye for conversion
What Makes This Role Different
* You’ll have real ownership, not layers of approval
* You’ll balance doing + leading, not one or the other
* You’ll see your work genuinely change people’s lives
* You’ll work in a fast-moving, ideas-friendly environment
* You’ll be part of a company that genuinely cares about kindness, authenticity, and growth
* We are a warm, values-led team that lives what it teaches
Salary & Benefits
* £50,000 – £75,000 DOE + performance bonus
* Hybrid (2 days/week London office)
* Learning budget + access to our training
* Supportive, ambitious, high-quality team
