Our client is looking for Trainee Sales Executives to join their well-established dealership in Watford. The successful candidates must have some previous experience of sales in any industry (e.g. mobile phones, insurance, financial products etc.) and be able to work on their own initiative, providing customers with excellent service in a busy showroom. A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL and due to insurance restrictions, you must be aged 21 or over. During the first 6 months as a trainee sales executive, the basic salary will be £18000 pa plus commission which means you should earn around £35000 total in your first year, but from year 2 onwards, you will be expected to earn well in excess of £ OTE per year. A company car will be provided after 6 months. FULL UK driving licence is essential as is working every Saturday.
