What skills and experience we're looking for
We require a Resilience & Engagement Mentor to support the development of students' resilience and enable them to succeed despite perceived barriers.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record of working with young people with additional educational needs and an ability to engage constructively with a wide range of people, including parents/carers and external agencies.
The skills to lead and plan work for students' Behaviour, Attendance, SEND, or Safeguarding needs, along with monitoring and evaluating student progress and achievements.

Working pattern:
This appointment is for 32.5 hours per week, term time plus 32.5 additional hours throughout the year.
Monday – Friday 8:25am to 3:25pm
Salary:
NJC Grade 8 SCP points 19-24, with an actual salary of £23,374 - £25,817
