We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Planner to join a leading engineering and manufacturing environment in Leicester.
Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain CMMS systems, including asset, inventory, and schedule management
* Create daily and weekly maintenance schedules for engineering teams
* Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities
* Manage maintenance spares, procurement activities, and purchase orders
* Liaise with contractors, arrange site visits, permits, risk assessments, and service reports
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and maintenance performance
Qualifications
* Maintenance Planning / Maintenance Scheduling experience
* CMMS, SAP, ERP, or similar maintenance management systems
* Work Order Planning and Preventive Maintenance
* Inventory Management and Spare Parts Control
* Procurement and Purchase Order Management
* Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Experience within an engineering, manufacturing, or maintenance environment
* SSG Insight Agility experience
* Maintenance Engineering background
