AI Solutions Specialist (Microsoft & Copilot)
I’m recruiting for an AI Solutions Specialist to join an award-winning business, as part of their next phase of growth, creating a dedicated AI capability focused on Microsoft Copilot to drive real customer transformation.
This is a high-visibility, customer-facing role for an individual who is passionate about AI and confident in turning innovation into real business outcomes. This is a fully remote position, where flexibility to travel throughout the UK is a must.
Here, you’ll design and deliver Microsoft AI solutions across Copilot, Microsoft 365 AI, Azure AI and Power Platform. Running AI discovery workshops, creating compelling demos and proof-of-value engagements, representing the business at events and webinars, and guiding customers through their AI journey.
This role blends pre-sales consultancy, solution design, AI evangelism and advisory work. Where you will act as the bridge between business challenges and Microsoft’s AI capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, visible, commercially minded and passionate about the future of AI.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead AI discovery workshops that challenge thinking and shape meaningful business outcomes
* Design tailored demos, proof-of-value engagements and solution concepts
* Translate business challenges into AI-powered solutions with measurable ROI
* Deliver paid consulting engagements including training, advisory and implementation planning
* Build adoption pathways, governance models and business change guidance
* Produce tenders, proposals, Statements of Work, cost models and licensing guidance
* Collaborate with Microsoft on roadmap alignment, programmes and go-to-market initiatives
* Evangelise Microsoft AI at events, webinars, customer showcases and across social platforms
Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong knowledge of the Microsoft AI stack (Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI)
* Experience in pre-sales, consultancy, solution design or architecture
* Proven ability to run workshops, demos and proof-of-value sessions for varied audiences
* Confident presenting on stage, on camera and in high-stakes customer environments
* Able to challenge customer assumptions constructively and credibly
* Recognised as a thought leader in Microsoft AI technologies
* Drives customer demand and sales pipeline through education and evangelism
* Delivers clear, measurable business outcomes for customers
* Able to play a key role in shaping the business’s AI services, messaging and market position
* Are genuinely passionate about AI and enjoy being visible representing the business
* Are confident engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
