Childcare Paralegal (Hybrid) needed in Wolverhampton, £25ph PAYE - Reference: 7069
* Assisting/Supporting solicitors on tasks on public law cases including taking instructions
* Drafting court applications and pleadings
* Preparing and reviewing documents, statements and orders for the purpose of court proceedings
* Liaising with 3rd party agencies to obtain evidence
* Filing and serving documents
* Providing advice where necessary
* Undertaking legal research
* Instructing Counsel and negotiating fees.
* Preparing Bundles
* Independently holding a caseload of private law matters and requests for information
* Case management systems (ideally IKEN) and IT systems inc HMCTS Portal
* Active involvement in client care and business development
* Able to attend the office twice a week
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
