1. Wir suchen Sie, vor allem im Bereich Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechninik, für reaktive Reparaturen und geplante präventive Wartungsmaßnahmen. Die Arbeit umfasst alle Aspekte der Gebäudeinstandhaltung, einschließlich der Durchführung neuer installation
Hauptaufgaben
2. Durchführen von Inspektions-, Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen an Heizungs-, Klima- und Lüftungsanlagen bei unseren Kunden
3. Fehlerdiagnose und Beheben von Störungen
4. Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Split Klima- und Lüftungsanlagen
5. Aufzeigen von Möglichkeiten zu energetischen Einsparungen und Optimierung der Anlagen sowie der Betriebsabläufe
6. Dokumentation Ihrer durchgeführten Arbeiten z.B. durch Mängel- und Wartungsprotokolle
7. Sie sind flexibel und bereit, für die effektive Leitung der Abteilung eine Reihe unterschiedlicher Aufgaben zu übernehmen. Sie sind bereit, die erforderlichen Arbeitsstunden in die erfolgreiche Erfüllung dieser Aufgaben zu investieren.
Was wir suchen
8. Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik, Elektroniker, Zentralheizungs- und Lüftungsbauer oder Gas- und Wasserinstallateur (m/w/d)
9. Alternativ eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und großes Interesse für die Klima- und Lüftungstechnik
10. Teamfähigkeit
