Are you highly organised, tech-savvy and passionate about supporting learning and development?
The Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) is looking for a proactive and positive Learning & Development Administrator to join our Credit Academy team. You’ll play a vital role in coordinating our learner services, helping us deliver top-quality qualifications, training, and support to learners across the UK.
In this role, you will:
Coordinate learner onboarding, tutor liaison and virtual training sessions
Administer class logistics using Microsoft tools and our learning platforms
Monitor learner progress and manage tutor invoicing
Deliver efficient and friendly customer service to learners and partners
We’re looking for someone who has:
1–2 years’ admin or customer service experience in an office or learning environment
Confident using the MS Office suite and database skills
A keen eye for detail, great communication and a collaborative spirit
