Our Manufacturing Engineers are responsible for the assembly and cabling of:
* Audio‑Visual Rack Systems
* Headend Builds
* Equipment Plates
* Linear Builds
* Driver Builds
Ensuring all work is produced to an industry high standard with safe working practices.
The Role
* In‑House manufacturing of Audio‑Visual Rack Systems
* Populate hardware within AV racking
* Terminate and test data and audio cabling
* Wire cable looms and install into AV Racks to an industry high standard
* Manufacture and test Linear LED to an industry high standard
* Manufacture Lighting Drivers to a high and standard
* Manufacture and quality test of bespoke Ideaworks products
* Read, understand, and interpret the audio‑visual schematics and construction drawings
* Liaise with internal departments to give updates on current projects including timelines and wiring changes.
* Assist with Rack installations across UK & Europe into high end residential homes and superyachts
