Role Overview
Putting the customer at the heart of everything, you will support the Store Manager in managing the store to maximize profitability through the retail plan; driving sales, managing costs, and delivering our brand through visual merchandising. You will create a fun and inspiring atmosphere, support team development, and maintain high standards across the store.
Role Responsibilities
* Leading by example and demonstrating exceptional standards of behavior to maintain brand integrity
* Driving and role modeling customer service standards to exceed expectations
* Training, coaching, and developing your team, supporting appraisals and performance reviews
* Analyzing financial data, retail strategy, and local knowledge to maximize sales and support decision-making
* Ensuring the store operates within budget through scheduling, cost controls, and productivity management
* Implementing retail plans with effective planning and organization
* Liaising with Head Office to optimize stock management
* Adhering to procedures related to cash, stock, health and safety, security, and loss prevention
* Executing the visual merchandising standards, including launches and floor moves
* Complying with policies, legal obligations, and GDPR confidentiality requirements
* In the absence of the Store Manager, taking on responsibilities to ensure store success in sales, standards, and team development
