We are seeking a motivated and talented Graduate Architecture CAD Technician to join our dynamic team in Newmarket. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start their career in architecture and gain hands-on experience in a supportive and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings and plans using CAD software.
* Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop design solutions.
* Ensure all drawings and designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
* Participate in project meetings and contribute to the design process.
* Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
* A degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
* Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, etc.). Revit, preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
* A keen interest in architecture and design.
