Roles & Responsibilities
As a Project Support Graduate within the UK National Management Team you will:
* Support national, business‑critical initiatives from concept through to delivery
* Coordinate and deliver projects, preparing updates and reports for stakeholders
* Engage with stakeholders, senior leaders, project leads and colleagues across operations and support functions
* Plan and schedule project activities, track milestones and actions, and manage risks and issues
* Build dashboards and reports using Excel and other data analysis tools to support project decision‑making and continuous improvement
* Use digital tools to communicate progress and identify trends

Essential criteria
* A 2:2 degree qualification (achieved or expected)
* 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grades A–C, including Maths and English
* A full UK driving licence (or due to be obtained by the start date) and access to transport
Note: this role does not meet the minimum requirements for skilled worker visa sponsorship. This role requires enhanced security clearance checks.

* Graduate contract: 7th September 2026 – 8th September 2028
* Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 5:30pm
* Location: Heathrow (HSCC)
* Hybrid working: full‑time onsite during initial training, post‑approval up to 2 days per week from home
