 
        
        We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well organised Receptionist to join our busy solicitors’ office in Burnley.
This is a full time; permanent position offering a great opportunity to become an integral part of our team and provide first class support to clients and staff alike. We are ideally looking for full time but would consider part-time (minimum 3 days per week) for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities as Southerns Receptionist:
 * Welcoming clients and visitors
 * Answering and directing incoming calls and emails
 * Managing appointments and maintaining the office diary
 * Handling incoming and outgoing post
 * Assisting with general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and document preparation
Requirements:
 * Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills
 * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
 * Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
What We Offer:
 * Full time hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
 * Salary commensurate with experience
 * Friendly and supportive working environment
