Digital Designer with Motion Skills - London
Hybrid Idealy 3 days / week onsite - Central London
Shape the future of digital design by working at the intersection of brand & technology.
You’ll gain hands-on design experience with cutting-edge projects across brand development, digital twins, interactive sales applications & content toolkits while expanding your creative toolkit and sharpening your technical skills.
Motion design, UI/UX and digital tools aren’t separate here - they’re all part of the same process.
You’ll have more scope to bring your ideas to life and push the boundaries of what’s possible.
You’ll also get flexible working options, with hybrid arrangements that let you balance studio time with remote focus sessions.
What you’ll be doing
* Design and build interactive systems and component libraries in Figma, driving consistency and scalability across projects.
* Develop and refine UI/UX for digital tools and sales platforms, making sure they’re not just functional but engaging and intuitive.
* Work closely with producers, creative leads and developers to ensure smooth hand-offs and high-quality delivery.
* Use AI tools like Midjourney and Runway to create visuals that support storytelling and enhance presentations.
* Contribute to motion graphics and visual content, adding another layer to your creative output.
* Work in sprints to meet tight deadlines, giving you plenty of experience in high-stakes delivery.
What you’ll need
* 3+ years of professional digital design experience, with a strong portfolio to match.
* Expertise in Figma, including design systems, prototyping and responsive layouts.
* Motion design skills using After Effects, and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles.
* Experience working with development teams and a knack for systems thinking.
* Proficiency in generative AI tools like Midjourney to speed up and enhance your workflow.
About the company
You’ll be joining the innovation team of a brand strategy & design studio working on high-end real estate projects. The team is embedded in an innovation hub that supports multiple studios, giving you exposure to a wide range of creative and technical challenges.
