This specialist setting in Birmingham is looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide both 1-2-1 and small group support for pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional support. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support pupils with SEMH needs both in and out of the classroom. You will help students remain engaged with learning, develop positive behaviours and build the confidence needed to succeed at school.
