Were looking for a BIM Coordinator to join a collaborative building services team. Youll work on innovative projects, helping to deliver high-quality digital models and coordinated designs across multiple disciplines. Job Role: Develop and maintain BIM models for building services projects Run clash detection and produce coordination reports Support project standards, naming conventions, and information handovers Collaborate with colleagues and external consultants to ensure model accuracy Use common data environments (CDEs) such as BIM 360 or similar Help improve internal BIM workflows, templates, and processes Requirements: Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM tools Minimum 2 years experience on BIM-enabled building services projects Understanding of building services systems and construction processes Knowledge of ISO 19650 and the UK BIM Framework Strong organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders Please Send your CV to the contact provided.
