About the role:
1. Liaison between key partnership agencies and additional organisations who are involved with the Reading recovery system, along with commissioners and internal structures within CGL.
2. Creating and coordinating work plans across a number of different agencies and organisations and managing these to produce meaningful output to maximise performance and service delivery for service users.
3. Work towards understanding the barriers and gaps for different community groups and compile findings as part of a continuous needs assessment for this changing client population.
4. Develop digital platforms to communicate with and deliver interventions through Online Treatment and Recovery programmes and other Social Media and electronic means
5. Maintenance and development of online and digital presence through Social Media and other digital platforms.
6. Maintenance and upkeep of the partnership online calendar of events and activities.
7. Work with local CGL Management to implement to ensure smooth partnership working across the service and treatment system.
8. Work as part of the management team within CGL Reading to contribute to wider.
About you:
9. Experience of working within substance misuse services.
10. Experience of managing projects.
11. Experience working with vulnerable adults in a health and social care setting.
12. Knowledge and understanding of the possible pathways available within the Health, Social Care and Voluntary sector.
13. A demonstrable working knowledge of Social Media, Digital communication and an interest in developments within this field.
