POSITION SUMMARY As a Host/Hostess at NAC, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and managing the flow of seating to ensure a memorable dining experience. This role requires warmth, excellent communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Greet guests warmly upon arrival, creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. Efficiently manage reservations and walk-ins, ensuring optimal table assignments. Communicate effectively with guests, managing expectations around wait times and seating arrangements. Collaborate closely with the floor team to ensure seamless guest experience. Maintain accurate and organised reservations using our booking systems. Provide attentive, personable service, swiftly addressing guest inquiries and concerns. Uphold the highest standards of appearance, cleanliness, and professionalism at the reception area. Comply with all company policies and hygiene standards. KEY REQUIREMENTS Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or similar customer-facing role in a high-end hospitality environment. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, engaging personality. Ability to stay calm, organised, and professional under pressure. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. A proactive team player who fosters positivity and collaboration.
