Position Summary
Reports to: Reliability Manager
Working Hours: Total 42 hours across days per week - 3 x 12 hour day shift (06:00 – 18:00) aligned with site engineering shutdowns + additional 6 hours alternating Wednesday and Friday each week 07:00 – 13:00.
Salary & Benefits:
• Annual Salary: £46,792 per annum
• Quarterly Incentive: Earn between £1,400 to £3,200 annually, if KPI’s for the site team are met/smashed.

Responsibilities
1. Work with Maintenance Planners, Line Engineering Lead and Manufacturing Technicians to ensure all planned maintenance is completed
2. Provide additional reactive support to Shift Technicians/Operations teams, when required.
3. Create link with Controls System Specialist, Electrical Duty Holder, Reliability & Condition Monitoring Specialist to support completion of preventative work orders and in depth analysis countermeasures
4. Support Specialist teams delivering action completion and continuous improvement support.
5. Provide support to ensure maintenance plans, task instructions and stores holdings are correct
6. Lead and support improvements through CI initiatives and preventative actions (to include health & safety and food safety actions).
7. Drive and own root cause analysis completion.
8. Creation of Visual Management for Planned Maintenance tasks
9. Ambassador for engineering standards and best practice across site
10. Effective capture and data quality of all planned/reactive maintenance activities in CMMS
Qualifications
11. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent time served Engineering apprenticeship with proven hands on experience
12. Recognised Electrical / Mechanical academic qualification
13. Advanced Electro-Mechanical aptitude
14. Electrical Testing & Inspecting - City & Guilds 2391 holder would be an advantage
15. IET 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) qualification is desirable
16. Understanding of SCADA control systems, computer systems, networking
17. Working knowledge of PLC systems - Allen Bradley and/or Siemens an advantage
18. Working knowledge of CMMS and SCADA systems and associated applications
19. Good manufacturing practices
