RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a family-owned customer focused supply, installation and maintenance company. We provide a full range of service and sales to corporate and individual dental practices nationwide. Due to continued expansion, we are now seeking a full time office administrator in a busy office environment, to work on a 6 months fixed term contract basis.
The role
* Answering phone calls in a professional and confident manner in order to pass the call to the dedicated Account Manager or taking a detailed message for a call back.
* Opening and replying to emails from both customers and colleagues.
* Interpreting a large volume of engineer reports and entering intricate details into the companys database.
* Performing accurate data entry, including updating records and databases for customers, financial and ad hoc information.
* Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations.
* Training will be provided onsite.
* Any other administrative duties as required.
