A well established investment company in Central London is looking for a professional and confident Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis.
You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, so a polished, friendly approach and strong organisational skills are key. Ideal for someone who is proactive and reliable.
What you’ll be doing: • Greeting visitors and managing sign-ins • Answering and directing phone calls professionally • Managing meeting room bookings and calendars • Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception and communal areas • Providing light admin support as needed
Requirements: • Previous reception experience, preferably in a corporate environment • Excellent communication skills • Professional, friendly and confident approach • Organised, proactive, and reliable • Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a busy office
