For the successful HR Assistant our client is offering:
* Monday to Friday 0830 - 1730 (some flexibility with hours or part time can be discussed)
* Permanent

The role - HR Assistant :
* Responsible for overseeing administrative processes for human resources and recruitment needs in the business
* Answer internal employee queries relating to company policies and procedures; absence, maternity, bereavement, annual leave etc
* Support the HR director with all HR Administration: Managing HR Inbox, Absence Management, New Starters, Leaver Administration, Policy / Company Handbook administration, Inductions, Time-sheets
* Coordinate recruitment when necessary; liaise with hiring managers regarding CVs outstanding, discussing recruitment with 3rd party suppliers and ensuring that all interviews are scheduled correctly
What our client is looking for in a HR Assistant :
* Previous experience working within a HR / Human Resources team - ESSENTIAL
* CIPD Qualification - DESIREABLE
* Knowledge of employment legislation and changes - ESSENTIAL
* Confident and assertive to manage enquiries to completion
