About the Role
We are a growing fuel company seeking a confident and eager individual to join our small, supportive team. This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, from managing fuel orders to liaising with customers and suppliers. The successful candidate will play a key part in delivering excellent service, supporting the sales team, and contributing to the ongoing success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Fuel Order Management: Process and manage fuel orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
* Customer & Supplier Communication: Act as a primary contact for queries, maintaining professional and effective communication.
* Collaboration: Work closely with management and the sales team to coordinate activities and drive success.
* Supply Chain Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring supply and delivery schedules are met.
* Sales Reporting: Compile and deliver monthly sales figures and reports with clear insights.
* Inbox Management: Manage shared inboxes, responding promptly to customer and supplier emails.
* General Administration: Carry out ad hoc administrative tasks to support smooth business operations.
* Head Office Visits: Attend occasional visits to our Head Office in Kelvedon (travel expenses covered).

What We Offer
* Competitive salary of £25,000 – £28,000 (based on experience).

* Paid travel expenses for occasional Head Office visits based in Kelvedon, Essex.
* Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm.
