As a Registered Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing staff, ensuring effective and suitable delegation of tasks.
Responsibilities:
* Manage labour costs and staffing structures.
* Develop intervention strategies for behaviour management.
* Facilitate timely meetings and reviews.
* Ensure compliance with policies and legislation.
* Provide support agency information.
* Foster an open culture for children.
* Manage administrative tasks promptly.
* Coordinate and edit reports.
* Deliver staff supervision and development plans.
* Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as a Registered Manager or in a similar role.
* Experience working in residential settings with young people.
* GCSE level education or equivalent.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Children and Young People.
* NVQ level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent.
* NVQ level 4 in Management (CMS, DMS) or working towards it.
* Hold professional care qualification, including DipSW, CMS, CQSW, and Registered Manager's certification.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
