For the Assistant Events Manager Role : We’re looking for a highly organised, commercially minded and proactive Assistant Events Manager to help deliver an exciting programme of large-scale student and commercial events. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in organising and delivering events. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building strong stakeholder relationships while delivering exceptional event experiences that will form thousands of students’ key memories of their time at the University of Nottingham, including flagship programmes such as Freshers, Varsity, Sports Ball and Graduation Ball. You’ll be responsible for generating commercial income through sponsorships, partnerships and promotional activity, while ensuring events are delivered safely, professionally and in line with organisational values and objectives. The successful candidate will combine strong operational delivery skills with commercial awareness, relationship management and excellent attention to detail.
