A Charlotte Tilbury Retail Expert is the true heart of where all the magic happens in our stores and counters. Based on the shop floor, you are responsible for embodying our mission of empowering customers to be the most beautiful version of themselves, enabling them to achieve their dreams. You combine expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and a passion for building lasting emotional connections. You believe the product is accessible to everyone and can adapt your style to suit each customer’s needs.

* You follow company grooming standards to a tee, knowing what good looks like and displaying it confidently.
You Will Have
* Ideally an NVQ‑3 in Beauty Therapy.
* Experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably from a fast‑paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG.
* A desire to be part of a disruptive beauty brand that continues to grow; a passion for Charlotte Tilbury products and a willingness to spread the word.
* Experience applying makeup and adapting your style to different customers with various needs.
