Salary: 90,000 + 20% Bonus + Benefits

This is a key role focused on driving simplification initiatives across the organisation, streamlining processes, and supporting strategic change delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead business analysis for process simplification and process improvement projects from initiation to implementation
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business needs
* Analyse complex processes and propose effective, customer-centric solutions
* Support programme governance, risk management, and benefits realisation
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in business analysis in regulated environments
* Strong understanding of business process improvement and simplification
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
