Commercial Coordinator Renumeration Package: Competitive Salary 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday) Flexible Working 25 Days Annual Leave Bank Holidays Additional Birthday day off Help@hand A Range of Health & Wellbeing Resources Life Assurance Pension Colleague Discount & Cashback Scheme Summary & Main Purpose: The main purpose of the role is to support the Commercial with administrative support to enable operations to meet their objectives, contractual obligations and KPIs. Key Accountabilities: Client calls and emails to ensure the smooth running of the Commercial training department. Stationary monitoring and ordering when required. Ordering the cleaning and workshop consumables Support with all booking and scheduling of training courses Booking hotels and flights for the team Answering the telephone for all Commercial training, and the queries from Employers, Delegates, and the team Sending out completion certificates Sending out joining instructions as required. Organising awarding body registrations Meeting and greeting delegates attending courses. Invigilation of online tests To provide the administration function for the Commercial Training department Communication of joining instructions through a variety of means Allocating delegates to training groups as per the Commercial Training timetable Raising invoices and ensuring payment has been made All Admin duties in line with Commercial Training requirements Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge: Educated to GCSE level grade C or above including Maths & English (or equivalent) Use of Microsoft software Administration experience and use of database Effective communication with all stakeholders over phone and face-to-face Previous Admin Experience Experience of delivering a high standard of Customer Service Exam invigilation Remit Training is an Investors in People Platinum awarded employer, and we pride ourselves on placing our learners and colleagues at the centre of everything we do.
