Joining us as a Distribution Planner, supporting the National Distribution and Planning Manager, overseeing and optimising final mile routes to retail locations, customers, or other endpoints. This role is critical for ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery within the supply chain.
You offer insight and guidance to your peers, whilst fulfilling analytical data requests for Subject Matter
1. Give Support on distribution strategies across regions or networks.
2. Optimize Final Mile routes to reduce costs and improve service levels.
3. Create and Manage driver Work Schedules
4. Monitor and adjust plans to ensure timely and efficient execution
5. Manage associated Control Tower activities when on-shift

About you
12. Excellent customer service: high levels of inter-personal skills, professionalism and relationship management
13. Strong communicator: ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
14. Logical approach to process and problem resolution
15. Proven knowledge of IT, specifically Microsoft Office products including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Word & Power Point
16. Well-organised with the ability to manage workload, working under pressure to tight deadlines
17. Motivated with a desire to deliver consistent and high-quality results at all times.
18. Good team player, willing to support others to ensure results are delivered
19. Flexible and adaptable within an environment of change
20. Experiences in using Route Optimisation Software
