Junior IT Support Technician
Manchester (Onsite)
£120-140 per day

A Junior IT Support Analyst to join a busy Manchester-based IT Operations team. Perfect for someone with 12–18 months of experience who’s keen to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
* Provide deskside and service-desk support
* Set up laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
* Handle new starter onboarding
* Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Office 365, and basic AD tasks
* Assist with small IT projects and documentation
Experience:
* Strong customer service skills
* Willingness to learn and develop
* Basic IT support experience (1st line)
* CompTIA A+ / ITIL / Microsoft fundamentals (nice to have)
