Type: Permanent, Part-Time (Monday to Friday)
Hours: 09:0015:00 (flexible to suit school runs or similar commitments)
Salary: £17,500 (based on 6-hour days with a 30-minute break)
Holidays: 18 Days + Bank Holidays
Pension: 6% employer contribution
As the first point of contact, youll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the company.
Your duties will include:
* Answering the phone
* Receiving visitors
* Scanning & Filing job past history
* Scanning & Filing Delivery Notes
* Scanning & Filing material certificates
* General Filing
* Organising Transport
* Ordering Stationary
* Managing Holiday forms
* Reconciling monthly orders with delivery notes
Key Skills and Experience:
1. Receptionist/administrative experience preferred
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office
3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
