About the Role
A unique opportunity for a skilled Paid Search & PPC Manager – B2B Ecommerce to join our digital team and take ownership of our paid acquisition strategy. This is a hybrid position based in Hampshire/Dorset with regular travel to our Gloucestershire office.
You’ll manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, driving traffic, increasing conversion rates, and helping grow our eCommerce presence. Working alongside the Head of Digital, you’ll also collaborate with colleagues across SEO, content, social media, IT, and agencies to deliver powerful, integrated campaigns.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns
* Develop digital acquisition strategies including re targeting and affiliate marketing
* Analyse traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other tools
* Report on key performance metrics (ROI, traffic, conversion rates)
* Align campaigns with wider SEO, content, and digital strategies
* Support content optimisation to drive better acquisition results
Key Performance Metrics
* Website turnover (Web TO)
* Paid traffic volume and conversion rates
* SEA budget efficiency and ROI
* Paid vs organic traffic balance
* Bounce rate, onsite transactions, AOV (Average Order Value)
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years' experience managing SEA/PPC campaigns in eCommerce or B2B/B2C sectors
* Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and web analytics tools
* Solid understanding of SEO and broader digital marketing strategy
* Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset
* Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns
* Fluent English is essential; French or another European language is a bonus
