This is a fantastic opportunity for confident and proactive professionals who are ready to make a measurable impact on student progress and well-being.

About the Role:

As an HLTA—Intervention Support, you will support teachers and the SENCO by delivering focused learning activities for students who need extra academic or behaviour support. * Provide feedback to class teachers and contribute to support plans (including EHCP targets where relevant).
* Support classroom behaviour and encourage positive engagement.
* Contribute to creating an inclusive learning environment that supports all learners.
* Work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, and other professionals to ensure consistent student support.
* Follow all school safeguarding policies and procedures with professionalism and care.

Requirements for HLTA—Intervention Support:

* Hold a recognised HLTA qualification or equivalent.
* Proven experience delivering academic interventions or working in a similar HLTA intervention role is desirable.
* Sound understanding of the national curriculum and targeted learning strategies.

* An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).

Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks; including providing an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service, or completing an application for a new check.
