Your new role
Reporting to the Head of HR and working closely with the broader HR function, key responsibilities will include:
1. Lead the end-to-end of two payrolls per month (one expenses, one pay) for a headcount of circa 500 staff
2. Manager relationships with external payroll and pension providers
3. Be responsible for executing all changes to employee payroll, pensions, and benefits data
4. Support HR Advisors with starters/leavers data, and work closely with the HR Analyst with relation to payroll data and systems processes
5. Provide support and guidance to the broader HR team on employment law with regards to salaries, allowances, salary amendments etc
What you'll need to succeed
My client is looking for candidates with:
6. Experienced payroll managers who have worked as part of a broader HR function
7. Experience using iTrent/MHR systems
8. Significant experience leading on the end-to-end of payroll preparation
9. Experience managing third party/supplier relationships
What you'll get in return
In addition to apetitive salary you will be able to work flexibly and on a hybrid basis, with only 2 days per week (minimum) required from their offices in SE11.
