Ready to step into a true business partnering role? This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to gain high visibility and work closely with senior stakeholders across Technology, Product and Commercial teams in this 15-month contract.
You’ll provide hands-on HR support while coaching managers, influencing decisions, and helping shape the people strategy. The environment is collaborative, pragmatic and genuinely supportive-a team that values authenticity and working together to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do:
* Act as a trusted advisor to managers on performance, development and employee relations.
* Partner with stakeholders to deliver organisational change and cultural initiatives.
* Support people processes and ensure fairness and alignment to company values.
* Use data and insights to guide decisions and measure impact.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong HR advisory experience with exposure to complex ER cases.
* Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and confidence engaging at all levels.
* Knowledge of UK employment law and HR systems (e.g., Workday).
* Resilient, adaptable and eager to grow into a true business partner role.
Working Pattern & Rewards:
