Global Account Executive - Hospitality Operations
We are seeking a Global Account Executive to join the Access Group Hospitality Operations team. This role involves identifying and securing large-scale business opportunities with major hospitality organizations worldwide.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, particularly in closing complex, high-value deals and managing extended sales cycles. You should be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, and possess strong strategic relationship-building skills.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Targeting and engaging large hospitality organizations seeking comprehensive software solutions.
2. Developing outreach strategies to establish relationships with senior decision-makers.
3. Managing complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
4. Collaborating with pre-sales, product, and marketing teams to craft tailored proposals.
5. Staying informed on industry trends and market movements to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications and skills:
1. Proven success in SaaS B2B sales, especially in securing large deals in UK and global markets.
2. Experience managing long sales cycles (4-8 months).
3. Strong consultative selling skills and ability to present to senior executives.
4. Self-motivated with excellent time management and communication skills.
5. Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and conferences.
