Customer Account Manager| Mold, Flintshire | Full Time Office based | 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday | £24,000 - £31,000 (OTE)As our new Customer Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of the business by building strong relationships with both existing customers and new prospects. Building strong communication and genuine connections with them will be central to your role.Were looking for someone with experience in Telesales or Sales Account Management who enjoys working with people and takes pride in creating lasting, meaningful connections. From time to time, you might be asked to lend a hand with other tasks, and we value people who are flexible and happy to help where needed.What can Total ID give to you?Long-term career for the right personFamily-friendly working environmentThe best team spirit around!Team Get TogethersWeek-days Monday to Friday no weekends!Minimum 28 days holiday including Bank HolidaysChristmas Shutdown more days off in addition to the aboveCompany PensionUncapped Bonus SchemeFree On-Site Car ParkingAre you the right person for us?Minimum 1-2 years experience within a sales environment, preferably in a proactive outbound business to business telesales roleTarget driven with proven track record of achieving targets and KPIsExcellent telephone skillsAccomplished user of Excel, Outlook & CRM systemsHigh degree of accuracyDemonstrated ability to prioritise issuesBackground in a business-related roleMust be able to deal with technical product informationAbility to adapt procedures to a new and more effective way of working (in relation primarily to database management)Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external)Strong, confident communication skills verbal and writtenAbility to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisationWhat will your role as aCustomer Account Manager look like?Meet and exceed sales and profit targets as defined by ManagementMake outbound calls and send emails to potential and existing customers to develop new business, understanding which products and services they use, offered by Total IDReceive inbound calls and enquiries from new and existing customers, which will require preparing sales quotations, answering general enquiries and negotiating & processing purchase orders with suppliersManage a sales CRM database, ensuring all inbound and outbound activity is logged accurately, including contact details, quotes & sales orders, along with any diarised follow-up datesRecord sales and profit margin using CRM and ExcelProcess sales orders and liaise with suppliers to negotiate and agree on costs & place ordersUnderstand and communicate up to date information on the products and services offered by Total ID, including forthcoming product and service developmentsHelp and support customers with any queries they may have, both pre and post sales, providing all-inclusive account management supportListen to customer requirements and respond appropriately to make a saleGain a clear understanding of our customers' businesses and their requirements to be able to offer the best possible solutionsUpsell and cross-sell existing ordersIdentify sales opportunities and leadsMake accurate cost calculations to provide customers with quotations, negotiating prices with new and existing customers to gain salesChallenge any objections to persuade the customer to buyDevelop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectorsGenerate new business initiatives to identify and follow up on opportunities with new companiesIn conjunction with the Marketing Dept, carry out research via the internet and any other methods to identify new markets and business opportunities, following up on mailers and social media postsIf you are ready to start your career at Total ID Limited, then click APPLY now!
