We're looking for a passionate and experienced Pharmacist to join our team at Phlo in a full time, permanent position. In this role, you'll work directly with the Fulfilment Manager, the Dispensing team and the Superintendent in a responsible pharmacist capacity to deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centred pharmaceutical services. You'll be part of a forward-thinking team committed to excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement — all within a dynamic, tech-enabled environment.
The Job
On a day-to-day basis, you'll be involved in the following:
* Acting as responsible pharmacist, ensuring all pharmacy operations comply with professional, legal and company standards
* Occasionally provide second pharmacist cover
* Ensuring the effective and efficient running of the pharmacy, leading by example
* Collaborate closely with the Patient Care Team and our delivery partners to provide flexible, patient-focused care solutions
* Conducting regular Audits & Risk Assessments to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and regulatory compliance
* Maintaining procedures and logs in line with the SOPs
* Work Cross-functionally with the engineering, product, and design teams to enhance the Phlo platforms and digital services
Requirements
Ideally, we're looking for someone with the following:
* GPHC Registered Pharmacist
* Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
* Proficient in technology
* An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
* A proactive problem-solver who embraces change and drives quality improvement.
* Innovative and forward thinking, eager to contribute ideas that shape the future of pharmacy
