We're looking for a Site Supervisor to join our skilled and dedicated North East team - someone who is happy to travel and can take charge on-site, motivate teams, and deliver work safely, compliantly, and efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading teams on emergency response and planned works across industrial and environmental sites.
* Being the go-to leader on-site and in the depot - from RAMS to reporting, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly.
* Managing plant and equipment, vehicles, and documentation with precision.
* Working directly with customers to build relationships and spot future opportunities.
* Supporting job planning, paperwork, and logistics - no two days are the same.
* Acting as a key player in our spill and HAZMAT response operations.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven site supervision experience and RAMS documentation expertise.
* Strong communication skills - you'll be the bridge between site, clients, and management.
* Pollution control and spill response experience- Essential
* Competent in the selection and use of RPE and breathing apparatus
* HP/ UHP water jetting
* IOSH Managing Safely and SSSTS - must-haves.
* Willingness to work outdoors in all conditions, and to travel or stay away when required.
* HGV Class 2 and towing experience? That's a bonus!
* Ability to handle pressure while delivering high standards and team performance.
