Job Title: Construction Administrator
Location: Castle Donington : Head Office

The Role:
Linsco are looking for a construction administrator for one of our clients who are a leading new build housing developer. You will be based in their head office in Castle Donington. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected name in the industry and play a vital role in supporting the smooth delivery of housing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the construction and site teams
* Maintain accurate records of site documentation and progress reports
* Update and manage project information using COINS software
* Coordinate subcontractor documentation, including insurances and H and S paperwork
* Assist with site set:up paperwork and new starter inductions
* Liaise with suppliers, site staff, and other departments as needed
* Ensure all admin tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administration role
* Proficient in COINS software : essential
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communication skills : written and verbal
* Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast:paced environment
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
