We are a beautiful, well-organized 30 cover restaurant with an open kitchen and looking for a Head Chef.
The team is small, and the Head Chef is expected to be highly involved in the daily operations, prep and service.
For the role we are considering either a Sous Chef wanting to move up and progress or an experienced Head Chef wanting full control on the day-to-day kitchen operation.
We are serving Mediterranean and only use premium, fresh, raw ingredients, carefully prepared and presented.
The Head Chef role is available for an immediate start
The Hed Chef will receive:
Pay from £45,000 per year and negotiable
